When using air break hose 1/2 in cold areas, the following points should be noted:

The relationship between TPU hardness and temperature is shown in Tables 1 and 2, respectively, which show the changes in hardness of TPU in the range of 25 ℃ to -26 ℃ and -18 ℃ to 149 ℃. Table 1 shows that there is no significant change in hardness from room temperature cooling to sudden temperature changes (-4~-12 ℃); Under sudden temperature changes, the hardness of TPU suddenly increases and becomes very hard, losing elasticity, which is the result of the crystallization of soft segments. Table 2 shows that the hardness of the six TPUs does not change significantly at 6-93 ℃, especially for PPDI type TPUs, indicating that there is no significant change in their morphology within this temperature range; The hardness of all TPU formulations is basically the same at -18 ℃, which is due to the crystallization of soft segments. At 149 ℃, the hardness of TPU significantly decreases, especially for MDI type TPU with a large span temperature range from -18 ℃ to 149 ℃. The hardness change is not significant, indicating its excellent heat and low temperature resistance performance.
