1).Operating Temperature:

Polyurethane materials have a defined operating temperature range. Standard hoses typically operate between -40°F (-40°C) and approximately 176°F (80°C). However, some high-pressure hoses may have a lower maximum temperature limit. Exceeding these limits can cause the hose to harden, crack, or soften and deform, potentially leading to safety hazards.

2).Operating Pressure:

The working pressure for standard pneumatic PU hoses is typically around 8–12 kg/cm² (approximately 115–170 psi). Before use, always check the maximum working pressure marked on the hose or specified in the manual, and ensure that the system pressure remains below this value.

3).Minimum Bend Radius:

Each hose type has a specified minimum bend radius (e.g., 24.69 mm or 51 mm), which is usually a multiple of the hose's outer diameter.
