3, Storage precautions
1) Anti yellowing measures
Light resistant sealing: PU is prone to oxidation and yellowing under the action of ultraviolet/oxygen (although it does not affect its performance). Suggest wrapping with plastic wrap and placing it in a black light proof bag to isolate the light source.
2) Control temperature and humidity: Store in a cool and dry place (temperature 10-25 ℃, humidity<80%) to avoid accelerated aging or corrosion of metal parts caused by high temperature or humidity.
3) Placement method
Avoid deformation under heavy pressure: Place the wheels suspended or flat on a flat shelf, do not stack them too high; Heavy wheels need to be stored separately.
Regular flipping: During long-term storage, check the elasticity of the wheel surface every six months and rotate slightly to prevent bearing adhesion.
