So what are the characteristics of rubber wheels?
The basic principle of rubber wheels is that during the molding of rubber products, they are compressed under high pressure. Due to the inherent cohesive force of the elastic body, they cannot be eliminated. During the molding and demolding process, they often produce extremely unstable shrinkage (the shrinkage rate of rubber varies depending on the type of rubber), which must go through a period of time before they can be stabilized. So, at the beginning of the design of a rubber product, regardless of the formula or mold, careful calculation and coordination are necessary. If not, it is easy to cause product size instability, resulting in low product quality. Therefore, we generally recommend polyurethane wheels.
