Slag cyclone: used in power plant wet desulfurization, lime pulping, crude oil slag removal, tap water desanding, sewage treatment and other operations, can effectively remove the coarse sand in the slurry, metal and other particles and sundry, has the advantages of high slag removal efficiency, less useful slurry loss and so on. According to the function, it is divided into classification cyclone, dehydration cyclone, desliming cyclone, slag removal cyclone, concentration cyclone, tailings dry discharge special cyclone. The basic principle of cyclone is to separate liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, liquid-gas and other two-phase or multiphase mixtures with a certain density difference under the action of centrifugal force. The mixed fluid enters the cyclone tangentially at a certain pressure to generate a high-speed rotating flow field in the cylindrical cavity. Under the action of the cyclone field, the components with high density in the mixture move downwards along the axial direction and outward along the radial direction at the same time. When they reach the cone segment, they move down along the wall and discharge from the bottom flow port, thus forming the outer vortex flow field. The components with low density move toward the central axis, and form an upward inner vortex in the center of the axis, and then discharge from the overflow port, so as to achieve the purpose of two-phase separation.
