1. Load capacity

3. Aging resistance performance
Rubber casters that come into contact with organic solvents for a long time are prone to swelling, which weakens their tear resistance and resistance to chipping. Even if polyurethane casters are exposed to these solvents for a long time, their various properties will remain unchanged and they will not corrode the wheels.
4. Hardness and resilience
The Shore A hardness of rubber wheels is usually between 67-75 degrees, which is relatively low. The hardness of the polyurethane wheel is as high as 83-95 degrees. Under the premise of safety, using polyurethane casters can ensure a certain buffering capacity, while also having high load-bearing capacity and low rolling resistance. The hardness and rebound performance of polyurethane wheels can be adjusted according to customer requirements and usage environment.
5. Castor raw materials
Rubber wheel production is prone to pollution and has low production efficiency. The raw materials can be mixed with recycled materials, and there may be an odor. The polyurethane casters have high requirements for the wheel surface, using raw materials without any odor, and cannot be mixed with raw materials.
