Why is it easy to burst when the PU gas pipe is draining water and other liquids?
The situation of water flowing from the trachea is completely different from that of gas flowing. Due to the heavy weight of water, when the valve is opened and closed, it will cause great inertial impact on the gas pipe and valve, which is called water hammer effect. Therefore, the pressure resistance data of the PU pipe with liquid is different from that of the ventilation pipe. If the pressure is too high, the pipe is easy to burst.
Solution: It is recommended to reasonably select the liquid pressure to ensure that the liquid in the gas pipe is below the pressure resistance level. In addition, for some corrosive liquids, ordinary PU gas pipes should not be used
