When producing 3/4 pneumatic pipe, the first step is to use the raw material polyurethane (PU), which is a polymer material with ester and amino groups in its structure. Before processing, the PU raw material needs to be dried to avoid bubbles during the production process and affect the quality of the PU tube.

Next, the PU raw material is injected into a dedicated extruder for extrusion. The extruder extrudes the PU raw material through high-pressure and high-temperature operations, forming a prototype of the PU hose. During the extruder process, PU raw materials also need to be screened to ensure the quality of the raw materials.

After extrusion, the shape of the PU hose needs to be reinforced by cooling. Generally speaking, PU hoses are cooled by fixtures or rollers, and the cooling temperature is generally controlled at 10 ℃ -20 ℃. The cooling temperature can be adjusted according to different production requirements.
