PU Hose 6mm is produced by extrusion method. In the extrusion production process, PU material is heated and melted, and then extruded into a tubular product with a specific outer diameter and wall thickness through the extrusion machine head.

PU Hose straight pipes are mainly used in air, water, oil, hydraulic, pneumatic, vehicle cooling, and refueling systems. PU Jose straight pipes have excellent characteristics such as good wear resistance, strength, oil resistance, gas resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and high elasticity. They are often used in various fields of equipment such as mechanical manufacturing, automotive cooling, and refueling systems.

The production process of PU spring hose is relatively simple. Firstly, melt the PU material using an extruder, and then extrude the pipeline through a pipeline mold. Then wrap the extruded straight pipe around the steel pipe, bake it in an oven for a specific time, and then cool it to form a plastic seal.

The usage location of PU spring air pipes is basically the same as that of PU straight pipes. PU spring air pipes are more convenient to organize and do not occupy more space.
