This straight vacuum PU tube is widely used for robot vacuum suction cups and automatic vacuum circuits in automation equipment and robotic manipulators. Available sizes (OD×ID): 4×2.5mm, 6×4mm, 8×5mm, 10×6.5mm, 12×8mm, 14×10mm, 16×12mm. Standard roll lengths are 80m, 90m and 100m, customized lengths are acceptable. With pressure resistance of 8–12 KG, the vacuum PU tube works perfectly with pneumatic quick fittings. Its hardness ranges from 95A to 98A, delivering good rigidity and toughness for continuous vacuum operation.

Please follow these precautions during usage. Do not exceed the rated working pressure. Start and stop the vacuum valve slowly to avoid instantaneous negative pressure impact, as repeated impact accelerates aging and joint air leakage. Pressure resistance declines when temperature increases. The operating temperature range of standard PU vacuum tube is -20℃ ~ 40℃. Long-term use above 40℃ softens tube wall and reduces pressure resistance; the tube will harden and crack easily under bending below -5℃. Keep it away from heat sources, welding slags and open flames, and avoid long-term direct sunlight which causes UV aging and embrittlement. Polyether PU is preferred for humid environments, while ordinary polyester PU tends to hydrolyze and break in water.

Use a professional tube cutter to get burr-free cut ends. Avoid sharp folds and twisting beyond the minimum bend radius. Add reinforcing sleeves for quick fitting assembly to prevent tube shrinkage and disconnection under vacuum. The vacuum PU tube is mainly suitable for dry air and not for strong acid, alkali, solvents or fuel oil. Regular inspection is necessary. Replace it promptly if the tube becomes brittle, cracked, perforated or leaks. Release pipeline negative pressure before storage and store in cool, dry places without heavy stacking.
