 Pouring polyurethane rubber rollers are made of liquid polyurethane rubber by pouring.Compared with ordinary rubber rollers, it has following characteristics:

Generally speaking, polyester type  is mostly used in low and medium hardness cots, with high physical and mechanical properties and good solvent resistance, and is commonly used in nonferrous metal industry. Polyether type is widely used in high speed and high hardness cots. It has good water resistance, excellent low temperature resistance, and good process performance. It is often used to manufacture drawing rollers, printing rollers, etc. Polycaprolactone type has excellent comprehensive performance, low temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and is commonly used as press roller and rubber roller with high requirements.
