Polyurethane Star Wheels can also be known as de-stoning wheels, separator wheels and harvesting wheels. Our Star Wheels are available in a range of shore hardness and colours to suit your requirements.

As the name suggests they are similar in appearance to a star, and have a central body, with multiple 'fingers' extending out.

Typically polyurethane star wheels are used in the screening process, and can be used to sort pieces by size (as in mining and quarrying), or to remove waste such as when grading soil. For use in the harvesting process, they are used to separate the product (e.g. potatoes or other root vegetables) from dirt and stones, whilst limiting any damage to the produce.

Although these industries use a large amount of existing designs, our customized production is an important aspect of our product portfolio due to the diversity of screening media and changes in customer design and requirements.
