2. Key measures to improve the service life of Polyurethane wheels Ø 80x40 mm

2) Environmental adaptability • Chemical contact: Keep away from strong acids, oils, and solvents (such as acetone), which can cause swelling of polyurethane
Temperature and humidity control: The working temperature should be between -20 ℃ and 80 ℃; Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight or moisture (accelerating hydrolysis aging), and prevent softening and deformation of the adhesive layer caused by high temperatures; UV/ozone induced cracking

When idle: unload and store to avoid long-term static pressure deformation and uneven wear, shortening the service life by more than 50%; Metal shavings cutting the adhesive surface
4) Selection optimization • Choose high hardness (Shore A 90 °~95 °) for high load scenarios; Need to choose low hardness for shock absorption (Shore A 75 °~85 °)
