The quality of the polyurethane elastomer rubber roller is not only related to the polyurethane elastomer, but also related to the pouring machine used.

Pouring machine: because CPU has the characteristics of short life in the kettle, gel fastly, and large glue consumption per piece, in order to produce high-quality polyurethane elastomer rubber roller, it must be produced by pouring machine. The characteristics of the high-temperature polyurethane elastomer casting machine used by our company are introduced as follows:

 (1) Raw material circulation mode of each system:

 ① The full flow circulation of raw materials from the charging tank - metering pump - pouring head switch valve - raw material tank can ensure uniform material temperature and stable flow.

 ② The charging tank can be filled with dry chlorine gas to prevent the original liquid from deteriorating due to the mixing of water. The raw liquid circulation reflux port is set at the bottom of the charging tank, and no bubbles will be brought in.

 ③ The accuracy of mixing ratio and stable discharge volume are improved through balanced circulation discharge pressure (with controllable throttling and precise pressure regulating devices).

 (2) High precision metering system is adopted:

 ① Low speed precision metering pump with temperature resistance, pressure resistance and high hardness is adopted, with accurate and stable flow.

 ② High precision imported frequency conversion speed regulation device is used to adjust the mixing ratio and flow, which is flexible, convenient and controllable.

 ③ Due to the large speed regulation range, the required accuracy can also be guaranteed when the discharge volume is small or the viscosity is low.

 (3) High efficiency and advanced structure pouring head

 ① When the raw liquid of each component is switched from circulation to spitting out, it is synchronized rapidly without leading or lagging.

 ② It is equipped with high-precision throttling and backflow regulating device, which can balance the regulation of circulation and discharge pressure, improve the accuracy of mixing ratio, and ensure the product quality.

 ③ The special and proven mixing head is used to make the two component stock solutions with large viscosity difference and large mixing ratio mix evenly in a very short time without bubbles. It can quickly remove the air in the mixing chamber, so the loss of mixed liquid at the initial stage is less.

 ④ The specially designed rotary shaft seal device is used to ensure lubrication and easy replacement.

 ⑤ The switching valve is sealed with precision processed PTFE, which is easy to adjust and free of thermal deformation.

 ⑥ The special pneumatic cleaning switch allows the cleaning liquid and compressed air used for cleaning the mixing chamber to be discharged through the material discharge orifice, so that they will never be blocked and the mixture will not flow back.

 (4) Advanced and stable control and electrical system:

 ① The computer program controller is used to control pouring and automatic cleaning, which is simple in operation, convenient in maintenance, clear in circuit and low in failure rate.

 ② The intelligent time proportional digital display temperature controller and platinum resistance are used to control raw liquid A; Material A medium; Raw liquid of material B; Material B medium; The temperature of metering pump and pouring head is accurate, controllable and intuitive, and it is very convenient to control and adjust.

 ③ Digital display of raw liquid pressure, (overpressure alarm) flow and mixing head speed.
