Q:What need to attention when producing rubber polyurethane roller?

 A:① The structure of model is reasonable, the assembly is controllable, and there is no glue leakage or air leakage on the parting surface.

 ② Temperature balance, requires that the temperature of the mold, roll core and rubber is basically the same, and the temperature of each part of the mold is basically the same.

 ③ The pouring point of the rubber material can be at  the roll core or at the edge of the mold, which should be fixed to avoid bubbles. To prevent bubbles from being trapped, the mold can be tilted properly to make the rubber material go down along the wall.

 ④ Do not move the mold before the rubber roller reaches the demoulding strength to prevent cracking.

 ⑤ When assembling the mold and roll core, pay special attention to prevent the roll core coated with adhesive from touching the inner wall of the mold, which will affect the bonding quality of the rubber roll. Namely, the mold shall not be stuck with adhesive and the roll core shall not be stuck with release agent.

 ⑥ After the vulcanized rubber roll reaches the required strength, the surface shall be machined and polished to ensure the roughness of the roll surface and the concentricity of the roll shaft.
